Valley offers a company-paid program for aspiring Class A CDL truck drivers. We are looking for energetic, career driven individuals to add to our outstanding team of *Class A CDL Delivery Drivers. Valley drivers are praised regionally for their excellent customer service skills, outstanding safety records, and high physical endurance. Valley Cooperative Association is a unique bakery wholesale distributor serving Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula for over 70 years!

About our program:

4-week course at Fox Valley Tech or NWTC.
Valley will pay for your schooling plus an hourly wage ($18) while taking classes.
$5,000 Bonus!

After the program, you will...

Train with our drivers for about 4 weeks
Deliver goods to local bakeries or grocery stores.
Work a flexible schedule, 4-5 day work week, with start times varying from 12:30 am - 8am.
Work 10-14 hour shifts, depending on the route for that day.
Excellent equipment - Tractors range from 2017-2021 Models.
Potential to earn annual and semiannual raises
Be home every night!

Qualification

Clean Driving record within the past 3 years.
Have at least 9 years of driving experience since receiving your drivers license.
Are able to pass a DOT regulation physical.
Are able to repetitively lift, carry, push, and pull objects weighing up to 50#.
Love driving!
