Position Responsibilities

  • Complete and manage documentation requests to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • File and organize documents using established naming conventions for audit readiness and efficient retrieval
  • Communicate clearly with vendors and internal teams to collect required information and support customer needs
  • Provide backup support to peers and assist business areas with day-to-day tasks to maintain smooth workflow
  • Research and verify documentation details to ensure accuracy and prevent delays

What You Bring

  • Experience with food industry documentation highly preferred
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail
  • Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines consistently
  • Professional communication skills and commitment to service
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital file management systems

Schedule
Part time | 20 - 24 hours per week onsite
